The Spanner Trust needs help in its work to change the UK law on SM.

We are investigating ways in which we can use the Human Rights Act to challenge the way in which the laws on assault have been applied differently to people depending on their gender and sexuality. Such discrimination should be illegal under the HRA but we need to make a legal challenge to establish this is the case and force a change in the law on asaault.
